Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war nicht zu regulieren. In der Abschlussrechnung wurde nicht die günstige Booked.net-Rate sondern der Standardpreis des Zimmers angesetzt. Der Fehler wurde von der Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin sofort behoben.

Das Preisleistungverhältniss hat absolut nicht gestimmt in diesen Hotel. Es war sehr schmutzig gewesen und wir konnten erst nach 8 Std. unser Zimmer belegen, da das gewünschte Zimmer nicht vorhanden war und sie hatten keine King Size Betten mehr gehabt...nach vielen Reden und Dank Christine, konnten wir entlich Abends um 21:00 Uhr dann ein Zimmer belegen und das war normalerweise für die Airlines Lufthansa belegt...nie mehr und ich werde auch weitere Schritte einladen...

The location was wonderful and the hotel was nice and rooms very spacious.

The room was wonderful & spacious & a great price for a prime location. My husband & I asked the concierge for ideas of places to go to for dinner & out on the town afterwards & we took her recommendations & had an excellent meal/time. She even gave us gift certificates to use towards our night out. That was a wonderful plus. We'll definitely stay there again & it would be perfect to also bring our kids seeing as the rooms are spacious & since there's a pool.

I wanted a nice hotel in downtown Chicago that offers suites at a reasonable price. The Hilton met all my needs, and was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms were great---clean and spacious---and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic pool with view of the city. Great location across from the John Hancock building. Go there for the lunch buffet!

The two double beds were the worst beds we have encountered in years. They totally lacked adequate support. The downgraded our sense of the whole experience. We returned to Chicago just after our stay at this property and stayed at a competitor's property nearby. Also the rates for parking, both self parking and valet parking were the highest of any rates we saw posted in the area. Very expensive.

The parking service took almost 50min. To bring us our car. At $55.00 a day I thought it would be better.

Close proximity to Navy Pier where we were celebrating the New Year.

1. I made two reservations, initially we were only going to stay overnight but then decided to stay two nights. When we checked in they couldn't find the second reservation for the second night. The Receptionist arranged for us to stay the second night. She then stated she found the second reservation I made and allegedly cancelled one of them. I was charged for late cancellation. Needless to say I was upset and argued my point when I received my bill. 2. We let the Concierge know we were going to Navy Pier for a ride on "The Spirit". You think someone would have warned us there was no Taxi service at Navy Pier. Needless to say we froze half to death. I am used to the Concierge being more helpful and anticipating my needs. He could have offered to give us this information and help us to arrange a ride back to the hotel.

It was a nice room way better than expected, and the staff was informative. There was also an extremely loud room, seemed to be full of frat boys, but staff quickly got on this. Shut them up quick lol.

The staff didn't seem like they wanted to interact with customers. They gave quick answers, and then walked away. Also facilities were crowded with lots of kids and the area was smaller than expected.

Welcoming staff at the door were incredibly friendly upon every entry and exit. Quick to assist for obtaining taxi's, and genuinely personable. Much better than desk staff.

We were told our back up credit card would not be used for valet or room purchases. However, they charged the secondary card for the valet separately. Not very nice. It should have been added to the room charge as we were told it would be.

Great room, clean!

Front desk staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. Even let us stay a little after check out when our daughter was super sick.

Pool area was a little dirty and pool was way over treated with chemicals. Overall hotel was fine just don't book based on pool.

The location was great and the friendly staff was great to experience. The 5pm to 7pm happy hour was a nice touch. I was impressed with the size of the room and the updated modern decor in the room was nice. size of the room was much more than expected for the location and age of the building.

The exterior of the building was a bit dated and tattered. I think you need to separate the look of the hotel from the attached restaurant. Some creative exterior design improvements would do wonders for you in my opinion. the honors breakfast needs some improvements by adding a protein of some sorts or doing an omelette bar would be a huge hit in my opinion in lieu of the oatmeal option. The lobby is outdated and I think it may be in your plans to update same as you have the rooms but at this time there is a disconnect in the styles. I liked having the Starbucks in the lobby. Would also like to see a complimentary "simple" coffee bar for guest someplace in the lobby.
